Orders are confirmed only after final approval of design, size chart, fabric details, quantity, price and delivery timeline.
Bulk production will begin after sample approval from the client. Any changes after approval may affect cost and delivery time.
If fabric or trims are supplied by the client, the client is responsible for quality and quantity of supplied material.
Delivery timelines depend on order quantity, design complexity, material availability and final approval schedule.
Advance payment may be required before starting production. Final payment must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
All garments are checked before dispatch. Minor variations may occur in handmade or stitched products.
Once production has started, cancellation may not be accepted. Any cancellation request will be reviewed based on production status.
Transport, courier or logistics charges are the responsibility of the client unless included in the quotation.
